Job Description
Paradise Maids Oahu✨ Because paradise deserves perfection! We clean high-end homes and commercial spaces across Oahu. We're hiring a Supervisor / Quality Inspector to own what "finished" means on every job we run. This role exists because our standard is the product. You are the last set of eyes before a client walks into their home. What you'll do Inspect completed jobs against our room-by-room checklists and sign off before the crew releases the property Build and issue punch lists on the spot, and confirm the corrections Run crews on multi-cleaner jobs — assign scopes, hold the schedule, keep the route moving Train new technicians on our five-phase methodology and surface-specific protocols Coach on technique in the field, and flag who is and isn't meeting standard Track supply levels and equipment condition across sites Document damage, client concerns, and quality issues in writing, same day Report directly to ownership on job quality and crew performance What we're looking for 3+ years in professional cleaning, with at least 1 year leading, training, or inspecting others You can walk a finished room and name what's wrong in under a minute You can correct someone's work without losing them — direct, specific, not personal Working knowledge of surface-specific care: granite composite, matte black fixtures, LVP, natural stone, polished concrete Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license — this role moves between sites all day Strong written communication; you'll be documenting daily Comfortable with a phone or tablet for checklists, photos, and reporting Nice to have Deep clean, move-in/move-out, or post-construction inspection experience Hotel housekeeping supervisor or inspector background Experience building or improving checklists and training materials
