Take charge of your future and ignite your next career move! Fusion INC. is hiring a Quality Specialist to join its team in Cedar Rapids , IA . As the Quality Specialist , you'll help ensure the products and processes behind the scenes meet the quality standards customers expect. You'll work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support new product launches, solve quality issues, improve processes, and maintain compliance with important industry and regulatory requirements. From investigating problems and driving improvements to supporting quality systems and day-to-day operations, you'll play an important role in helping the organization deliver consistent, high-quality results. At Fusion , the mission is to supply critical sealing and hydraulic components to OEMs, industrial customers, and repair facilities. The name reflects the company's purpose: bringing everything together into one reliable solution. Job Responsibilities :
Design and revise inspection templates/drawings and maintain part numbers within the database Complete and review PPAP and ISIR documentation Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues, complaints, and new product requirements Perform process control, testing, verification, and inspection activities Lead corrective/preventive actions using root-cause analysis and problem-solving methods Support continuous improvement, new system development, and cross-training across warehouse and quality processes Support USMCA, RoHS, REACH, and other quality and operational compliance requirements
Requirements :
1+ year of experience in quality, manufacturing, inspection, engineering technician, production or related environment Exposure to blueprint reading, measuring tools, CAD/drafting experience preferred High school diploma required Valid driver's license required Don't miss this chance to be part of something unique and rewarding - apply today!
