Quality Documentation Coordinator Red Boot Beverage Des Moines, IA Job Details Full-time 17 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Administrative experience Full Job Description Quality Documentation Coordinator On-site | Full-Time | U.S. Work Authorization Required Position Summary The Quality Documentation Coordinator maintains accurate, organized, and audit-ready quality, compliance, training, and client documentation. This position supports FSQA, EHS, Supply Chain, and Production by managing document control, records, data entry, compliance materials, and digital workflows while ensuring documentation remains current, traceable, and accessible. Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation, and perform other duties as assigned. Manage document control, including document numbers, revisions, approvals, distribution, archiving, and the master document list. Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready quality, regulatory, training, and client records. Coordinate client and raw material compliance documentation, including COAs, SDSs, specifications, certifications, and Kosher documentation. Enter QC data, maintain retain and hold samples, coordinate microbiology testing, and ensure records are complete and traceable. Maintain employee training records, LMS documentation, and training assignments for current SOPs and quality documents. Support SQF, FDA, GMP, client, regulatory, and internal audits by preparing and organizing required documentation. Assist with traceability, mock recalls, corrective actions, production compliance packets, and regulatory documentation. Maintain QMS, ERP, SharePoint, and other digital systems, including document uploads and electronic workflows. Monitor and order QC, production, sanitation, and documentation supplies; track receipts, deliveries, and related expenses. Provide administrative support to FSQA, EHS, QA, Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, including SOP updates and other assigned quality and compliance activities. Meet all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements; participate in food safety meetings as required. Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations; identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions; participates in safety meetings as required.

This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve over time. Qualifications Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Minimum two (2) years of related administrative, quality, documentation, compliance, or manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Experience with ERP systems preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus. Ability to learn and use QMS, LMS, and digital document management systems. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments. Beverage, food, manufacturing, SQF, or GMP experience preferred but not required. HACCP and PCQI certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. Work Expectations This is a regular, full-time position. This role mainly works onsite in an office environment. Work is performed in a warehouse environment, manufacturing plant and occasionally outside in what may be adverse weather conditions. The work environment can involve exposure to heat, cold, humidity, moving machinery, extreme noise, visual strain, close quarters, fumes, odors, dust mists, and gases. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position requires long periods sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing and operating machinery. The employee should be able to lift and/or move items up to up to 50+ pounds many times per day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Required to perform essential functions at heights more than 8 feet.
