Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. You will ensure that incoming parts, raw materials, and high-speed automated machine outputs strictly conform to our rigorous quality standards.

• Look over incoming materials and parts coming out of machines to make sure they match company rules.
• Use basic measuring tools like digital calipers, micrometers, and rulers to check that parts are the exact right size.
• Look at tiny parts under magnifying lenses or microscopes to spot scratches, bends, or bad wire wrapping.
• Separate bad parts from the good ones and write up a quick report on what went wrong.
