Assist in the manufacturing production of machine control panels with primary emphasis being the inspection and quality control of completed panels.Primary Accountabilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to panel department builders during the panel production process. Complete daily inspections of finished panels prior to shipment to ensure goals of 99.86% accuracy is being met. Conduct in-process inspections to confirm quality production of control panels during the production process. Assist in the trouble shooting of wire harnesses, control panels, and electronic assemblies Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to the panel production. Write and create written work instructions for production of control panels as needed Assist in the implementation and compliance of quality department initiatives, programs, policies, and goals. Contribute in additional quality responsibilities as neededKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Must have previous experiences working with 600 Volts and less Machine control experience is a plus Basic PLC programing experience preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints Comprehensive mechanical aptitude and abilities Experience with basic test equipment including volt meter, high pot tester, and oscilloscope Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality Ability to lift 50lbs on regular basisSimilar remote jobs
