This position is also responsible for transporting and preparing product samples to the Quality Lac in a timely, efficient, and organized manner. This tole will assist in managing the sample retain sample libraries. Recording of data is also required. This role requires working both inside and outside work in all weather conditions. Responsibilities Conduct plant GMP/sanitation inspections on a weekly and monthly basis or more frequently as required. Aseptically prepare samples of food ingredients to deliver to the Microbiology Lab for product testing. Prepare samples of product materials and deliver to the Analytical Lab for testing. Transport product samples of product samples to the plant lab. Aseptically collect samples for additional testing from outside warehouse facility. Maintain the sample library for a variety of sample types, including Sensory and Microbiological sample retains. Dispose of all retained samples in the appropriate manner once the retain period is over. Clean and sanitize the sample prep room and equipment daily. Other duties assigned.
