NAPI is hiring a Quality Control Inspector in our Shell Rock office for a full time position. Our inspection office is on the 2nd floor of our small building, looking down on the grain semi trucks as they arrive. Our indoor job includes collecting a small sample of soybeans from each incoming truck via a mechanical probe, operated by remote joystick, and then inspecting the beans for quality. It's that simple. Job hours run 7:00 to 5:00 pm M-F. Once fully trained, this job will be a 4 day per week position. (40 hrs) Expanded hours for harvest allow an opportunity for overtime. This job is completely trainable, no experience necessary. Any basic computer experience is beneficial. Job seekers need to be reliable and have a willingness to learn the applicable duties.
