Job Description

As a Fabrication Machine Operator, you play a critical role in producing high‑quality parts that keep our operation running smoothly. We will rely on your ability to safely set up and operate equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements. This is a great opportunity for individuals with machine operating experience, manufacturing background, or hands‑on production skills. We welcome applicants with experience as Machinists, CNC Operators, CNC Machinists, Press Brake Operators, Laser Operators, Fabrication Operators, and Manufacturing Technicians. Day to Day Responsibilities Operate equipment efficiently to meet production and quality standards Set up machines to manufacture parts according to specifications, including selecting and installing correct dies, tooling, and/or machine settings. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Accurately enter production data, shop order quantities, and time using a computer. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assists in other fabrication areas as needed. Qualifications Experience with fabrication machines or manufacturing equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and tolerances. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Basic computer skills for production tracking and timekeeping. Team player with a safety mindset.
