Duties Conduct routine quality inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines. Review and verify batch production records and laboratory data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and potential quality issues promptly to the QA management team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and improve quality control procedures and systems. Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and issues related to product quality. Support internal and external regulatory inspections and facilitate timely resolution of audit findings. Maintain and update quality assurance documentation including SOPs, validation protocols, and training records. Requirements Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proficient in documentation management and quality systems software. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work in a fast-paced setting.
