We are looking for an experienced Surface Mount Inspector for this Coeur d'Alene, ID manufacturing company! This role is responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) and surface mount components to ensure they meet quality and workmanship standards before moving through production. Compensation for the SMT Inspector

• Day shift: $17 per hour,
• Monday
• Thursday 6am
• 4:30pm
• OT likely
• 10-12 hr days

Responsibilities of the SMT Inspector Inspect SMT assemblies and components for defects Verify proper component placement, solder quality, and alignment Follow work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards Identify and report non-conforming materials or defects Maintain accurate inspection documentation Follow ESD and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements for the SMT Inspector High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Comfortable working 10-12 hour shifts Basic computer skills At least 1 year of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) inspection or electronics manufacturing experience highly preferred.
