We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Batavia, IL to support product testing, inspections, quality audits, and continuous improvement efforts. This role works closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure products meet performance and quality standards.

Shift and Pay:

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime as needed

Pay:

up to $28 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities Perform testing on new and existing products Conduct product inspections during production and final assembly Inspect components using engineering drawings and specifications Investigate returned products and warranty claims Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment Prepare test reports and maintain quality records Document inspection findings and product issues Support quality improvement and engineering projects Follow laboratory safety procedures Qualifications Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply here or call or text " QA" to 630-633-1655 for more information.
