Candidates must have excellent work history, in a metals or forging environment.

M ust have experience with:

Experience as a Romer Operator or similar CMM/portable arm system Experience performing dimensional studies/layouts Experience with capability studies Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T Experience updating programs from engineering changes (ECNs) Familiarity with InfinityQS or similar SPC software This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire. • 330pm Position summary: Perform die & part inspections using Romer Arm Promptly informing supervisors of non-conformances found during Romer Arm Inspection Verify die and/or part inspection manually with basic hand tool measurements (if needed) Use of forklift to transport material as needed Create Romer Arm programs using Polyworks Software & prove out programs ( this will change in the future to Keyence programming as well).

Perform dimensional studies, layouts and capability studies and summarize results Update Romer programs and InfinityQS programs as needed when ECNs are released Basic Computer Skills Location of forms and procedures Location of Box Log Location of Blueprints and Inspection Sheets Location of Work Instructions Basic Hand Tool Operation Caliper Height Gage Dial Indicator Feeler Gages /

Radius Gages Calibration Requirements Blueprint Reading GD & T Symbols General Tolerances Views Required Qualifications:
