Job Description

A fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in innovative residential and commercial rugs is hiring for Textile Print Operators. The company uses advanced digital textile printing technology in a modern, fast-paced production environment where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are important. What's In It for Me? Full-time opportunity with potential for permanent hire Work with advanced digital textile printing equipment Opportunity to learn new technology and cross-train in production Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off upon permanent hire Weekly paychecks Job Duties Set up, operate, change over, troubleshoot, and clean industrial digital textile printers Monitor printed materials for quality and identify defects during production Produce products according to customer specifications and quality standards Perform basic printer maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area Follow production schedules and detailed work instructions to meet deadlines

Pay :

$17

25 / hour

Schedules:

Monday

Thursday 5am-3:30pm Monday
Thursday 3:15pm
1:45am Friday
Sunday 5am-4:30pm Overtime as needed

Requirements:

At least 1 year of manufacturing, textile printing, or related production experience preferred Computer literate and comfortable using computer-based print commands and programs Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify printing defects Able to stand for extended periods and lift rolls weighing approximately 80-150 lbs.
