Location This is an onsite role based in Dallas, TX About the job you're considering Seeking an experienced QA Test Lead with strong expertise in Retail Merchandising and end-to-end Quality Assurance practices. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Merchandising, Replenishment, Promotions, and Product Management processes within the retail domain, along with strong test automation expertise using Selenium and Java. This role will be responsible for leading QA strategy, planning, execution, automation, defect management, and quality governance across merchandising applications. Your role Define and drive overall test strategy, test approach, planning, estimation, and execution for retail merchandising initiatives. Lead functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing activities. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium, Java, and TestNG/JUnit. Ensure comprehensive test coverage across merchandising business processes including Product Management, Replenishment, Promotions, Pricing, Inventory, and Assortment Management. Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Lead defect triage meetings, root cause analysis, remediation planning, and release readiness assessments. Track and report QA metrics, test status, risks, issues, and quality KPIs to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Development, and Release teams to ensure successful delivery. Drive QA best practices, process improvements, and automation adoption across programs. Your skills and experience 10+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in Test Lead roles, managing end-to-end testing activities and QA deliverables. Extensive experience in Retail domain applications including Merchandising, Replenishment, Promotions, Product Management, Pricing, and Inventory Management. Strong expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and JUnit, including automation framework design and implementation. Hands-on experience in API Testing, database validation, and SQL-based backend testing. Proven experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 - $174,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
