Quality Technician 2nd and 3rd shift Summary The Quality Technician inspects parts to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal standards. This role maintains test equipment, reports findings, and helps prevent nonconforming products from reaching customers. Essential Functions Develop and maintain inspection reports. Communicate findings with engineering, managers, and other departments. Maintain, calibrate, and clean measurement equipment. Perform and document tests on new parts. Maintain a clean and organized 5S environment. Inspect, accept, or reject products based on quality, durability, and function. Ensure nonconforming materials are identified before shipment. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years inspection and/or production experience. Strong knowledge of test equipment and basic math (fractions, ratios, proportions). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment. Ability to work independently with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Physical Demands & Work Environment Exposure to moving parts, chemicals, vibration, and noise in an industrial setting.
PPE required:
safety shoes, glasses, gloves, bump cap (other PPE as needed). Minimum 40-hour workweek; overtime may be required. Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting (10-50 lbs). Steady, fast-paced environment requiring close inspection of parts and components.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
