JobsRUs.com is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician. 1st Shift and 3rd shifts to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for inspecting parts, performing quality tests, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring products meet company, customer, and applicable regulatory standards.

Pay:

$19.00 to $25.00/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM 2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:30pm Monday -Friday 3rd shift 11:00pm -7:30am Sunday Night to Friday Morning (3rd shift will train on 1s shift for 2-4 weeks then move to 3rd shift)

Overtime:

Saturdays as needed

Full-Time Responsibilities Inspect manufactured parts according to established quality and safety standards. Inspect, accept, or reject products based on specifications, function, durability, and overall quality. Identify defects, flaws, and deviations from product specifications. Prevent nonconforming products from reaching customers. Perform testing and inspections on new parts and report findings to engineering and management. Develop, complete, and maintain inspection and quality reports. Verify test and measurement equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly. Maintain measurement equipment and keep inspection tools clean and organized. Communicate quality concerns and inspection results with production, engineering, and other departments. Maintain accurate quality documentation and records. Maintain an orderly work area following 5S standards. Follow all company quality and safety procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1 to 3 years of quality inspection and/or manufacturing production experience preferred. Solid understanding of inspection and test equipment. Working knowledge of mathematical concepts, including fractions, ratios, and proportions. Strong ability to analyze and interpret information. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Must have sufficient vision to perform detailed inspections, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. Must be available for Saturday overtime as required.
