  • Conduct quality control inspections of products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements
  • Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from quality standards
  • Use various tools and equipment to measure and test product dimensions, functionality, and performance
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
  • Identify and report any non-conformities or quality issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives ```Experience```
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and practices
  • Experience with fabricating or manufacturing processes is preferred
  • Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles is a plus
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and calipers
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret technical specifications
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as
ISO 9001
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from standards
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
