Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your technical expertise, will help maintain the integrity of our production processes and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment dedicated to continuous improvement and precision. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify compliance with quality standards. Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to ensure parts meet precise tolerances. Execute quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations to identify areas for improvement. Utilize calibration procedures for measuring instruments and ensure all tools are properly maintained and traceable. Document inspection results accurately, analyze data trends, and prepare detailed reports for quality management review. Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and improve overall quality systems. Skills Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of quality standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, HACCP, CGMP, GMP, and FDA regulations. Proficiency in using measurement tools including height gauges, dial indicators, , , and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Familiarity with vision inspection systems and other advanced precision measurement instruments. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and production documents accurately. Strong analysis skills for data collection, trend analysis, and root cause identification related to quality issues. Knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance standards applicable to manufacturing processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and data analysis. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems aligned with ISO standards. Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to report findings clearly and collaborate across teams. Pay:
$24.51 - $29.51 per hour
