You will utilize your technical expertise to conduct precise inspections and manage documentation, directly impacting our ability to deliver high-quality solutions to our global client base. Responsibilities Conduct thorough in-process inspections and test verifications to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Maintain and calibrate bench-top testing equipment to guarantee accurate data collection and operational reliability. Manage the documentation, sampling, and quarantine processes for non-conforming materials to prevent quality escapes. Prepare detailed certificates of analysis and maintain comprehensive quality records. Provide hands-on monitoring of production floor activities to identify potential quality risks in real-time. Facilitate clear communication regarding quality metrics and findings across internal and external teams. Qualifications Required Skills 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills Prior experience utilizing specialized quality testing equipment. Familiarity with SQF standards or other relevant quality certifications. Experience working with ERP systems to track production and quality data. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
