As a Quality Control Associate, you'll ensure every product meets strict safety and regulatory standards—helping deliver reliable materials used around the world. What You'll Do Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure they meet customer and regulatory standards Perform precision measurements (down to 1/64th of an inch) using rulers and testing tools Conduct visual inspections for color accuracy, consistency, and defects Test seal strength and durability of packaging materials Complete detailed quality checks (multiple measurements per product) Identify defects and communicate issues quickly to production teams Accurately complete documentation, labeling, and paperwork Package finished products while maintaining proper identification and traceability Follow cleanroom protocols and PPE requirements at all times Collaborate with lab and production teams to support smooth, high-quality operations What You Bring Experience in quality control, inspection, or lab testing (industry or academic) Strong attention to detail—you're precise, consistent, and thorough Comfort working with measurement tools and performing repetitive tasks Ability to follow SOPs and regulated processes Strong organizational and communication skills Reliability with consistent attendance and transportation Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment Preferred Background Associate degree in a science or technical field (nice to have) OR relevant hands-on experience in quality, manufacturing, or lab work Experience in a cleanroom or controlled environment is a plus Familiarity with PPE protocols and handling specialized materials Work Environment 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Paid training on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for 2-4 weeks Cleanroom setting with strict quality and safety standards Work alongside a small, collaborative team (4-5 people) Mix of seated inspection work and coordination with production PPE required; fragrance-free, phone-free lab environment Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
