Experience Requirements Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Experience with analytical or physical testing software preferred Experience using laboratory or testing equipment preferred Knowledge of quality control processes and root cause analysis Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Job Duties Monitor production quality and perform manufacturing floor audits Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective and preventive actions Test and report production samples, slitter samples, and recertification materials Evaluate customer complaint materials and document findings Prepare, cut, and process product samples for testing Perform customer-specific testing, including Haze-Gard, FTIR, and QUV evaluations Review, log, inspect, and store incoming raw materials Maintain testing records and update testing procedures as needed Ensure products meet established quality, reliability, and performance standards Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing facility Ability to handle samples and testing materials throughout the shift Ability to perform detailed inspection and testing tasks Ability to work safely in a laboratory and production environment "I liked getting to start working right away." - Bertha, Staffmark Associate Got an eye for what's right?
