The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and sorting precision-machined components using microscopes and precision measuring equipment. This role ensures that all products meet established quality standards by identifying defects, verifying dimensions, and segregating non-conforming parts. • Measure dimensions of parts
• Examine parts for defects such as cracks and blowholes
• Separate and mark defective castings according to salvage operation required
• Meet productivity standards
