Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Quality Inspector to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all manufactured products meet strict quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your expertise in quality systems and measurement tools, will help maintain our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities (may include but not limited to): Perform thorough inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify conformance to specifications. Document inspection results meticulously, including data collection and analysis, to support quality assurance initiatives. Identify non-conformances and collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP protocols. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and process efficiency. Support internal and external quality audits by providing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive records of inspection activities.
