Job Description:
Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for battery cells and mechanical components. Monitor In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and conduct final inspections of finished ESS packs. Manage non-conforming reports (NCR) and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues. Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection checklists and SOPs. Assist in regulatory compliance audits (e.g., UL, UN 38.3).
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance within a manufacturing environment (Required). Proficiency in operating and programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is highly preferred. Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and battery testing equipment. Understanding of ISO 9001 or
IATF 16949
