Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description Summary Join a precision manufacturing team focused on producing components to strict dimensional and customer requirements. This inspector will perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and final inspections to verify parts meet specifications before approval. The role requires strong GD&T, CMM, precision measurement, and inspection experience. What You'll Be Doing Perform first article and final inspections. Compare new and previous FAI data. Approve first-piece inspections. Apply SPC and PPAP requirements. Create and use inspection programs. Determine alternate measurement methods when needed. Operate vari-roll and optical dividing equipment. Inspect parts using CMM equipment. Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gages. Verify dimensions and tolerances using GD&T. What You'll Need Experience with FAI and final inspection. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills. Hands-on CMM inspection experience. Experience with precision measuring tools. Knowledge of SPC and PPAP requirements. Experience with vari-roll and optical dividing equipment. Inspection programming experience.
