QC Inspector Staff On Site is seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector for industrial and light industrial client sites. In this role, you will inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products using measurement tools and visual checks to ensure they meet quality standards, client specifications, and safety requirements. You will document findings, complete inspection reports, tag nonconforming product, and communicate issues to supervisors and production teams. The position requires reading basic technical documents, following written procedures, and supporting corrective actions in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished products for defects and compliance Use measurement tools and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances Perform visual inspections following written procedures and quality standards Document results, complete inspection checklists, and prepare quality reports Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming materials or products Communicate quality issues to supervisors, production, and client contacts Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions as directed Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized inspection area Quality inspection Use of calipers and micrometers Reading technical drawings Measurement and tolerances Quality documentation and reporting Nonconformance identification Root cause and corrective action support Basic computer/data entry Industrial safety practices Visual inspection techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Prior QC or manufacturing inspection experience preferred Familiarity with basic quality control procedures and documentation Ability to read simple technical drawings or work instructions Experience with calipers, micrometers, or gauges a plus ISO 9001 or similar quality systems exposure preferred
