Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Quality Technician, you will conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Document audit findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions according to established procedures and protocols. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and training to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures. Ability to proficiently read measuring equipment. Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work overtime as needed.
Experience:
Two years of experience as a quality technician in a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift move material or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
