Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, Paid Holidays, PTO, and 401(k) with Employer Match Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for inspecting electronic products and materials to ensure compliance with our Quality Control Plan and customer specifications. Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on PCB assemblies, subassemblies, and finished electronic products Inspect for solder quality, component placement, polarity, orientation, cleanliness, and workmanship per IPC-A-610 and customer standards Verify Bills of Materials (BOMs), revision levels, and work instructions for accuracy Use microscopes, magnifiers, calipers, multimeters, and other measuring tools Perform basic functional testing (continuity, resistance, simple checks) as needed Follow ESD safety procedures at all times Record inspection results in quality logs, ERP systems, or inspection forms Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions Maintain accurate documentation and product traceability
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry) Experience using microscopes, magnifiers, or measuring tools
Preferred:
Knowledge of PCB assembly and electronic components Familiarity with
IPC-A-610
standards Experience with 5S or Lean Manufacturing principles Work Environment Manufacturing/production floor setting Prolonged sitting or standing Frequent use of microscopes and small tools Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
