Water Tester The Water Tester plays an important role in supporting product quality by performing leak testing and verification activities to help ensure our finished cans meet established quality standards. This position conducts water testing on individual cans and production pallets, verifies air-test equipment, accurately documents testing results, and works closely with the production team to identify potential quality concerns. Key Responsibilities Test cans for leaks by submerging them in water and inspecting for signs of leakage. Conduct water testing on production pallets, including testing up to approximately 200 cans. Verify the proper operation and validation of the air-test machine. Accurately complete required testing documentation and paperwork. Communicate identified quality concerns or testing issues to appropriate team members or leadership. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Ability to bend, twist, stand, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with coworkers and leadership in a professional and positive manner.
