Job Summary:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for inspecting materials, products, and processes to ensure they meet strict quality standards and industry regulations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in identifying and addressing any quality issues, ensuring our clients receive the best possible products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards
  • Identify and document any defects or non-conformances, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions
  • Perform routine testing and measurements to validate product quality and process control
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to support quality assurance efforts
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar manufacturing/production role
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using quality inspection equipment and tools
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This role will be based in a manufacturing facility, with exposure to various equipment, machinery, and production environments. The work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a temporary, contract-based position offering a pay rate of $15 USD per hour. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
