About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at our animal health manufacturing site. In this role, you'll review and analyze data that supports the quality of our products and packaging, and help ensure compliance with company procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and industry regulations. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys accuracy, organization, and working with many teams to keep production running smoothly. What You'll Do Support the site's quality systems and production areas Organize, critically review, and present information according to written procedures Apply and interpret statistical analysis to support quality decisions Write, review, and revise GMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Track, review, and correct batch manufacturing records, and prepare supporting documentation for batch disposition Work with the Quality Control lab on test results that affect batch release Partner with Supply Chain to make sure batch records are released on time Own, track, and route documents in an electronic document management system for review and approval Areas of Specialization As you grow in the role, you'll build expertise in one or more of these areas:

Raw Material Approval:

Evaluate supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs), print permits, approve incoming materials, block and unblock material in inventory, track vendor information, and coordinate with materials teams on urgent production needs.

Batch Record & Label Preparation:

Print and prepare batch manufacturing records for Supply Chain, print shipping labels, verify counts and variable data, and coordinate pickup and drop-off of records with production teams.

Certificates & Export Documentation:

Prepare Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Manufacture, and Certificates of Conformity; create export documents and permits; update health certifications; build COA templates; and work with Customer Service to deliver documents to international customers on time.

Packaging Materials:

Perform inbound quality inspection and receipt of printed packaging materials, and approve them for use in production.

Bulk Material Review:

Monitor temperature records and approve bulk materials received for companion animal products.

What You Bring Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
