Responsibilities:

Monitors production process to assure that products are meeting quality and safety specs Perform pre-operational and operational inspections of equipment and production areas Performs incoming inspections of carriers, ingredients, and packaging materials Collects samples for microbiology testing of ingredients and finished product Assisting in complaint investigations were necessary. Enforces QA policies and procedures Performs GMP audits and monitors GMP conditions Overtime mandatory when required

Schedule/Shift Details 1st shift

• 4:30 am to 1:30 pm
• $21 2nd shift
• 1:30 pm to 11:00 pm
