Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Inspecting and testing components, assemblies and packaging at various stages to ensure they meet our customers' quality standards. 2. Maintaining and improving our

ISO 9001

; 2015 Quality System through internal audits and working directly with our ISO registrar. 3. Identifying non-conforming products and processes and initiating corrective actions. 4. Overseeing the investigation and resolution of all customer complaints. 5. Designing and conducting tests and evaluations of new products and processes, then implementing formal inspection and acceptance criteria. 6. Training staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. 7. Identifying and proposing opportunities for improvement within our system.

Desired skill sets and experience:

1. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). 2. Knowledge of

ISO 9001

Quality Systems and Standards. 3. Experience inspecting medical devices and/or food contact products. 4. Experience with injection molding. 5. Fluent with Excel, SPC, Word, and any CAD related software. 6. Quality Auditing and Document Control.
