Job Description

Job Posting Title Quality Technician Job Description Summary The Quality Technician is responsible for helping to maintain quality standards of produced parts while adhering to the company policies and procedures. Regular part inspections on the floor and in the Quality Lab Utilizing various gages and measurement techniques to verify dimensions of production parts Operate computerized gauging in quality labs Inspection and disposition of gages Complete weekly LPAs NCM inventory and organization Identify and record any problems relating to product, process, and quality system Provide input on improving operation efficiencies Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations Operate machines in accordance with process sheets and any other required paperwork (i.e. drawings, specifications, etc.) All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education High School Diploma/GED Blueprint Reading Basic GD&T Knowledge Strong Communication Skills Root Cause Analysis Gage R&R Gaging Methods, Application, Evaluation and Calibration Leadership Qualities CMM Knowledge About Dauch:
