Job Description

Repairs may involve one or more of the following:
  • Pallet Top Repair
  • Corner Post Repair
  • Base Pallet Repair
  • Combination Repairs (multiple repairs on the same pallet)Initial Inspection
  • Determine which repair type is needed before beginning work.
  • Verify all damage and identify required corrective actions.
Key Quality Expectations
  • Verify repair type before beginning work.
  • Use team lifts whenever required.
  • Maintain proper panel alignment during stacking.
  • Ensure all straps are properly installed and tensioned.
  • Transfer pallet labels to replacement components when required.
  • Notify a supervisor immediately of any damaged panels or safety concerns.
