Step into a role where precision and pace meet Join Nexus Employment supporting multiple Northwest Indiana facilities. Your workday might start on the line packaging finished goods, pivot to checking labels for accuracy, and wrap up by helping stage light boxes for shipment—all while keeping the area spotless and safe. What you'll do Package a variety of products on a fast-moving production line Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met Apply and verify labels on products and cartons Lift and move light packages/boxes prior to shipping Hit daily production targets and support team output Follow company policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) Pitch in on warehouse and production projects as needed Keep your workstation clean and maintain a safe environment Why you'll like it here Weekly pay Openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Pay rate: $13.00 - $16.50 No experience required — we provide training Plenty of advancement opportunities Long-term, steady work Excellent, safe working environment How to apply Apply on Indeed, and you can also apply in person Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
