Job Purpose Lead, oversee, and continuously improve the Indiana Auto Plant Quality Division Quality Management System (QMS), Record Management, and Calibration programs to ensure sustained compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with Plant, Regional, and Global quality requirements. Key Accountabilities Lead the Division Calibration program as the primary SME and liaison between calibration vendors, internal customers, and plant leadership; establish strategy for sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement. Own and govern Division and Department record management systems to ensure compliance with retention requirements and alignment with HDMA, NA, and ISO standards. Lead integration and continuous improvement of QMS into electronic systems for document control and training records; define requirements, procure resources, and ensure long-term sustainability. Serve as the primary QMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Departments on QMS procedures, audits, equipment, calibration, training, record management, and risk-based decision-making.
