Job Description

Job Title:
Quality Assurance Inspector Job Summary The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with production teams to maintain and improve product quality. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
  • Verify compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Use measuring tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify defects, non-conformances, and deviations from quality standards
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance product quality
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and quality control procedures
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or technical certification preferred)
  • Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or other quality management systems
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities Working Conditions
  • Manufacturing or production environment
  • May require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights - Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
