Prepare and execute body glass fragmentation tests. Perform analysis across distortion, moisture, pummel, light transmission, boil, ball drop, and opacity for all windshield parts. Conduct robustness testing when required. Test the water softener system for each windshield line. Complete follow-up testing on non-compliant product. Carry out additional testing for European and Asian market parts. Qualifications 1+ year of hands-on laboratory testing experience; glass industry exposure preferred. Proven knowledge of ANSI standards and familiarity with European and Asian market standards. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Comfort interpreting and executing test specifications; understanding of tempered glass and windshield standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain test logs/results/data and craft reports for internal and external stakeholders. Work schedule Alternative work schedule including 12-hour shifts. May require more than 40 hours per week, including some weekends and holidays, based on projects and workload.
