Position Overview:

As a Robot Welder Operator, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining welding robotic systems to meet production goals. You will play a key role in ensuring parts are cut with accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor welding machines. Load and unload materials using hoists, conveyors, or manual handling as needed. Adjust machine settings and perform basic programming to accommodate production changes. Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure quality. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or software issues. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, or work orders. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience operating welding machines or CNC/robotic equipment preferred. Strong understanding of manufacturing drawings and tolerances. Basic knowledge of robotic controls and programming. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Forklift certification is a plus.
