Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Service Porter / Quality Control Technician, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our store running smoothly and ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. In this vital role, you'll be checking vehicles in/out, assist with vehicle movement, and perform thorough inspections to uphold our commitment to excellence. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a positive experience for every guest while supporting our automotive service operations. Duties Safely move and park vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring proper placement and security. Assist with the arrival and departure of customer vehicles, including standard passenger cars and delivery trucks, maintaining a smooth flow of traffic. Conduct detailed quality control inspections on vehicles to identify any cosmetic or mechanical issues, documenting findings accurately. Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary to handle vehicle parts or equipment safely and efficiently. Support outdoor work activities such as yard organization, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the cleanliness of the service area. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements, answer questions, and provide exceptional guest services. Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred. Strong guest services and customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members. Experience working in outdoor environments or parking lot management is beneficial. Pay:
$13.00 - $25.00 per hour
