This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN. This position ensures our products (Pontoon / Fiberglass / Aluminum boats) are in working order; meeting quality and safety standards and free from defects before being shipped to a customer. Shift Schedule is 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnostics/Troubleshooting Electrical Inspections On water testing Experience with trailering boats; loading/unloading Ability to confidently drive boats Repair/Replace equipment Required skills and experience: Previous Marine Mechanic Schooling/Experience Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with a team toward one common goal High level of initiative and demonstrated use of proactive problem solving

Schedule:
