• Testing software and hardware on laptops, computers, cell phones, and other devices.
• Troubleshooting issues and problems on these devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing data entry to document test results and findings accurately. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in troubleshooting technical errors, with a keen eye for detail.
• Possess a background in electronics or a related field, with hands-on experience in testing laptops, cellphones, etc.
• Can identify internal components of a computer.
• Experience with Apple Products is a plus.
