Starting at $15.11 per hour, pay based on experienceType :
Full-Time 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-3:00 pm Job Summary Cardinal Services is looking for a Quality Assurance Investigator to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, document findings, and help ensure concerns are addressed appropriately and in compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The Quality Assurance Investigator will work closely with leadership, Human Resources, and other departments to identify solutions, implement corrective action plans, and promote a safe and respectful environment for the individuals we serve. Responsibilities Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Conduct interviews, gather information, and review records. Prepare clear and detailed investigation reports. Ensure investigations follow applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Work with Human Resources, leadership, and other departments on appropriate follow-up actions. Help develop and implement corrective action plans. Monitor corrective actions to ensure they are completed and effective. Provide staff training on recognizing, preventing, and reporting abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Stay informed about applicable regulations and best practices. Participate in audits and quality improvement activities. Assist with reports for internal and external stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to pass criminal background checks, registry checks, and other required screenings. Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform light to moderate lifting when needed. Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and proof of auto insurance. Work Environment This position is primarily office-based with travel as needed. The Quality Assurance Investigator works under the direction of the Director of Quality Assurance and collaborates with the Quality Assurance team, leadership, Human Resources, and other departments. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines or address time-sensitive investigations.Benefits:
