Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire
MULTIPLE
inspection employees to join their team! These roles are full-time roles on 1st shift (M-F), but could also work 2nd shift (M-F) if need be. These particular positions are scheduled to be seasonal until the end of the year (could go a little longer potential), but there is the ability for these roles to go long term and full time for candidates that are interested in other departments within the company! The Inspector works in a fully gowned, temperature-controlled cleanroom environment, performing visual inspections of parts using a microscope while seated at a workstation. This role focuses on ensuring that products meet or exceed internal and customer quality standards, including medical overmolded products, and involves documenting inspection activities on a computer, supporting basic equipment operation, and preparing parts for shipment. There is NO heavy lifting or physical labor involved with these positions. Most of the work is done seated at a work station. Candidates must be comfortable using a microscope at times throughout of the day. No previous manufacturing or inspection experience is required, as long as you are comfortable sitting, looking through a microscope, and documenting findings on a computer throughout the day, we can train you, these are very easy roles to learn! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
