Precision International is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This is a day shift position, hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm

Requirements:

1 yr experience in MFG/QC, High School Diploma or GED Able to lift up to 50lbs We are open to training the right person. Duties Conduct detailed inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify product conformance. Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to ensure components meet design requirements. Execute quality audits in accordance with

ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP

(Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and FDA regulations to maintain compliance. Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process deviations for continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions aligned with regulatory/legal standards. Support calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and vision systems to guarantee measurement accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of quality standards such as

ISO 13485, ISO

9001, GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Proficiency in using measurement instruments including height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision tools. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents accurately. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards applicable to manufacturing environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting effectively. Basic math skills necessary for dimensional measurements and quality calculations. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems such as QA/QC programs.
