Job Duties:

Experience with quality inspection in manufacturing (IQC/LQC/OQC)

• Familiarity with

ISO/IATF

quality management systems

• Knowledge of measurement equipment such as CMM, XRF, gauges, microscopes
• Hands-on experience with defect analysis tools (5-Why, Fishbone, etc.) Ziess
• Incoming Inspection (IQC)
• In-Process (Line) Quality Control (LQC)
• Outgoing Inspection (OQC)
• Quality Documentation & Records Management
• Customer Quality Support
• Measurement Equipment & Calibration Management

• Continuous Quality Improvement Education/experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Communication and reporting skills in English (and/or Korean preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
