Part Inspection:

Inspect a variety of parts using standard measuring and test equipment, as well as specialized gauging.

Compliance Assurance:

Ensure all inspections align with customer specifications, internal quality standards, and applicable regulations.

Support Tool Calibration:

Support calibration of inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Supplier Quality Evaluation:

Support evaluations to ensure suppliers meet specified quality standards.

Data Entry:

Input inspection results into the ERP system for accepted and rejected parts.

Process Verification:

Verify the quantities of materials and hardware listed on the route sheet throughout the production process.

Documentation:

Ensure all inspection results are accurately recorded and documented in the QA system. Review vendor-supplied documentation for completeness and compliance.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality outcomes.

Training & Development:

Support develop and delivery of training programs for team members on quality standards, inspection tools, and processes.

Audits:

Support internal and external quality audits as requested.
