Job Description

We're building something that matters right here in Kentucky, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Quality Control professional to help us do it right the first time. The Mammoth Cave Road project is in full swing, and QC is where the difference between "good enough" and "built to last" gets made. If you take pride in numbers that add up, specs that get met, and work you can point to for years to come, we want to talk to you. What you'll do: Perform materials testing and field inspections (aggregate, asphalt, concrete, soils) Document results, track compliance, and keep our work aligned with DOT and project specs Partner with field crews and project managers to catch issues early and keep things moving Be the person who makes sure quality is never an afterthought What we're looking for: Experience in construction QC, materials testing, or civil/highway inspection Relevant certifications (or the drive to earn them — we'll support you) A sharp eye for detail and a habit of doing things the right way Someone who shows up, owns their work, and likes being part of a crew that has each other's backs What we offer: $70,000-$90,000 salary, based on experience Steady work on a high-profile project with more in the pipeline A team that treats you like a person, not a number Room to grow, learn, and build a real career with us If you're ready to put your name behind quality work on a project people will drive for generations, let's connect. Apply today or send me a message — I'd love to tell you more.
