Serenity Ranch Recovery is an alcohol and substance abuse treatment center in Mammoth Cave, KY.

ILLUSTRATIVE TASKS

This position is from Friday-Sunday 7am-7pm

• Observation and documentation of client behaviors.
• Accounts for client whereabouts at the residences, during offsite activities and at the clinical facility.
• Enforces rules and policies.
• Inspects apartments for cleanliness and safety.
• Responds to emergency situations in accordance with company policies.
• Participates in new client admissions and orientations.
• Provides oversight of client self-administration of medications
• Assist clients in working toward developing necessary skills to live independently
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Able to work from written and oral instructions.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional boundaries.
• Must be team oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn position cross training.
• Working knowledge of addiction treatment.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Applications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in addiction treatment or related field is preferred. Valid Driver's License, good driving record, and reliable transportation are required. Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by the position.
